Update the caller's billing identity

/v1/me/billing-identity

Patches IsCompany, LegalName, VAT/fiscal codes, billing address, and the FatturaPA routing sub-document on the caller's personal tenant. All fields optional; nil leaves the existing value. FatturaPA is wholesale-replaced when present.
