Begin Apple sign-in from a mobile app
POST/v1/auth/operator/apple/mobile/begin
Commit a PKCE S256 code_challenge and receive the nonce. Sign in with Apple takes the SHA-256 hex of that nonce; the ID token then carries it. Completion presents the ID token plus the verifier.
