Rotate the current tenant's SCIM bearer token

POST 
/v1/identity/scim/rotate-token

Revokes any existing SCIM token for the caller's tenant and returns a freshly minted one. The raw token is returned exactly once — store it immediately in the IdP's SCIM configuration.
